The items required to apply are the following:

1. Copy of Driver’s License, Passport, or any other valid government-issued ID
2. Copy of Social Security Card/verification of Social Security Number
3. Copy of 2 most recent pay stubs and 2 most recent bank statements (or other verifiable sources of income)
4. $45 processing fee by cash or money order made payable to Thomas Realty Co.
5. Applicant’s credit report from TransUnion, Equifax, or Experian ran within the last 30 days. An additional $25 fee will be charged to run credit if this cannot be provided.
